The Central Government has approved an increase in MSP for all six mandated Rabi crops for the 2027тАУ28 marketing season.
The highest hike is for safflower at тВ╣675 per quintal, followed by:

тАв Masur: тВ╣390
тАв Barley: тВ╣136
тАв Gram: тВ╣83
тАв Wheat: тВ╣25 per quintal
The revised MSPs mean farmers will have new government support prices for these major Rabi crops during the 2027тАУ28 marketing season.
But the key question now is how effectively these prices translate into actual returns through market prices and procurement.
