#Video | CA Mahavir Bagaria, Secretary of the Marwari Education Trust, has responded to allegations concerning the functioning of Marwari Hindi High School, including claims related to the stoppage of mid-day meals, the appointment of the Headmaster and the alleged denial of basic amenities to students.
In a video statement shared on social media, CA Bagaria sought to clarify the issues raised against the institution and presented his side of the matter.
Addressing the allegations, he maintained that merely making accusations does not establish guilt and said that claims should be supported by facts and credible evidence. He called for the issues to be examined objectively and, if required, through an impartial inquiry.
The allegations include claims regarding the discontinuation of the mid-day meal programme, questions surrounding the appointment of the Headmaster and concerns over students allegedly being deprived of basic facilities at the school.
CA Bagaria said the video was intended to respond to the various questions and allegations being raised and to place his position on record. He stated that there was no attempt to avoid scrutiny or difficult questions.
He further said that if the allegations are genuine, relevant evidence should be brought forward and the matter should be investigated fairly. However, if any claims are found to be factually incorrect or misleading, those making the allegations should also take responsibility for their statements.
CA Bagaria reiterated that he would not shy away from the allegations and called for facts and evidence to determine the truth of the matter. He urged that the issue be assessed on the basis of verified information rather than assumptions or allegations alone.
