#News | The book ‘Ami Dekha Dibrugarh Aru Assam Medical College’, written by Dr. Manmath Nath, was formally launched in Dibrugarh on Sunday.
Translated into Assamese by Ragini Pubali Borah, the book has been published by Pradyut Hazarika of Banalata, Dibrugarh. The book reflects the author’s experiences, memories and observations associated with Dibrugarh and the historic Assam Medical College.
The book launch and press release event was held at Altitude Central Inn, Chowkidingee, Dibrugarh, bringing together readers and well-wishers to mark the beginning of the book’s journey among readers.
The publication is expected to offer readers a glimpse into the history, development and memories associated with Dibrugarh and Assam Medical College.
The book-launch programme was organised by the family of late Dr. Girindranath Gogoi , including his son, physician Dr. Manas Gogoi, and his daughter. Several doctors and well-wishers attended the event.
